CCCC's deep-sea engineering technology and equipment research and development center inaugurated in Shanghai

The center is a collaborative innovation platform for cutting-edge technology research in CCCC's deep-sea marine engineering.

On December 28, the deep-sea Engineering Technology and Equipment Research and Development Center of CCCC was officially established in Shanghai. Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of CCCC, attended the unveiling ceremony and delivered a speech. The ceremony was presided over by Pei Minshan, Deputy General Manager of CCCC.
The deep-sea engineering is a leading area for constructing a modern economic system. The center is a collaborative innovation platform for cutting-edge technology research in CCCC's deep-sea marine engineering. It will integrate scientific and technological forces in the marine engineering sector, collaborate closely with universities, research institutions, and enterprises, and jointly build a leading alliance for innovation in deep-sea marine engineering in China. The aim is to continuously promote the high-end, intelligent, and green development of CCCC's marine engineering.
Wang Tongzhou put forward specific requirements for the center, emphasizing integration into the big picture, taking responsibility, innovating in a better way, improving quality and efficiency, and cultivating talents to create a new progress of technological innovation in the field of deep-sea engineering.
The event was attended by other CCCC leaders, including Liu Chengyun, Deputy General Manager of CCCC; Lin Ming, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chief Scientist of CCCC; Wang Shuangjie, Chief Engineer of CCCC; and Zhao Hui, Director of Market Development of CCCC.
