57 km of the Simbu section of the Highlands Highway in Papua New Guinea completed and handed over

The project, which commenced in February 2019, has effectively improved the transportation of the Highlands Highway, promoting regional economic development.

Recently, the 57km of the Simbu section of the Highlands Highway between Mangiro Bridge and  Miunde Bridge in Papua New Guinea, undertaken by CHEC, a subsidiary of CCCC, was completed ahead of schedule and handed over.
The project spans the entire Simbu Province and serves as a vital transportation artery connecting the eastern and western highland regions. The project, which commenced in February 2019, has effectively improved the transportation of the Highlands Highway, promoting regional economic development.
