  • Lobito Port

Every March, hundreds of flamingos gather here, which will form a spectacular local landscape. The project department and the local environmental protection association carry out publicity and education activities on a regular basis to protect the living environment of flamingos.

The project built by CCCC includes the construction of a 70,000-ton container terminal and a 100,000-ton ore terminal. Lobito Port is one of the major ports in southern Angola. The project, which was completed and delivered in 2013, has significantly increased the capacity of the port, which is conducive to strengthening the external economic ties of Angola and even southern central Africa with other countries in the world, and has become an important channel for trade of commodities, goods and ore resources of many countries in the region.
